We have up to 80 classes a week. Ranging from a simple SPIN class that pushes your own limits to the max in our spin room, CIRCUIT in our upstairs area that is a combination of aerobics stations and pin loaded weights stations, CARDIO BOXING- A high intensity cardio workout, combines boxing techniques with body weight excercises, ABS a short 30min work of total abdominal shaping, FB (fitball) which involves using a fitball during the class to help strengthen and flex your core muscles, YOLATES a combination of pilates & yoga, ZUMBA get fit and healthy through what we all love most to do! dancing! RUN- a group running session, STEP a traditional aerobics class using the Step box. CT-XPRESS a short and powerful 30min circuit class.
